First Basin's Parks Legado Headquarters Community Room has a wide range of options available for local non-profits and community organizations to rent. Our doors are open.
The FBCU Community Room is approximately 2,750 square-feet and features a catering style kitchen, A/V equipment for digital presentations and access to restrooms located near the elevators. The Community Room may be rented in its entirety or split into meeting rooms to accommodate smaller groups. Each setup includes appropriate tables, chairs, and other furnishings required for a successful event.
